Née en 1992 à Tunis, Zeineb Henchiri est une artiste, comédienne et psychologue qui vit et travaille en Tunisie.
Grâce à un parcours éclectique, elle développe aujourd'hui une pratique artistique pluridisciplinaire où les arts visuels et les arts de la scène puisent leur sève dans une réflexion psychanalytique quasi chirurgicale. Combinant art visuel, installations plastiques et performance, elle interroge la nature de l'être humain face à son corps et à son espace. Dans un processus continu de réflexion et de recherche visuelle, elle questionne deux notions fondamentales liées à notre rapport au corps : la perception et la temporalité ; qui forment la notion d'être. Cette fracture entre ce que l'on est, ce que l'on semble être et la projection que l'autre fait sur nous.
Born in 1992 in Tunis, Zeineb Henchiri is an artist, actress, and psychologist who lives and works in Tunisia.
Through an eclectic journey, she now develops a multidisciplinary artistic practice where visual arts and performing arts draw their essence from a quasi-surgical psychoanalytic reflection. Combining visual art, plastic installations, and performance, she questions the nature of the human being in relation to their body and space. In a continuous process of reflection and visual research, she examines two fundamental notions related to our relationship with the body: perception and temporality, which form the concept of being. This fracture between what we are, what we appear to be, and the projection that others impose upon us.
